You've heard strength training is important. But what does that actually look like? Join us on July 11 for a free introduction to Vibe Infusion, our music-driven strength training class. We'll walk you through the format, the equipment, and what to expect so you can try it with confidence. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Think summer camp energy meets grown-up fitness fun. We’re talking team games, silly challenges, big laughs, and a sneaky good workout that’ll leave you stronger, happier, and totally recharged. Unleash your inner kid, burn some serious calories, and vibe with a crew that knows how to have FUN.

We're taking Vibe on the road and we'd love for you to come with us. Join our performance team as we dance at Cowboy Couture for a Cure, a special event benefiting the American Cancer Society.
No pressure. Just a chance to have fun, make memories, and support something bigger than ourselves.

Join us on September 7 for a family-friendly morning of pancakes, conversation, and community.
Come hungry, bring the family, and pull up a chair. Whether you're catching up with old friends or meeting new ones, it's the perfect way to start the day. We'll provide the pancakes and juice. Feel free to bring a favorite dish to share if you'd like.

We're excited to celebrate National Dance Day by teaching the official NDD routine created by the Dizzy Feet Foundation, the organization founded by the creators of So You Think You Can Dance.
