  • If I’m brand new to fitness, can I take these classes?

    Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all everybody and every body, so you can jump right in and have fun. We welcome all fitness levels, skills and abilities. Our programming is designed for everyone to feel successful. No prior experience is required. Whether you're just starting or a seasoned pro, there's a place for you at Vibe. 

  • What type of shoes should I wear?

    Cross trainers are your best bet. They offer the right support and flexibility for all your best dance moves and fitness fun. 

  • Do you have both dance and athletic classes?

    We sure do! We offer a mix of dance and athletic classes, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Whether you're in the mood to groove or want a solid training session, we've got you covered!

  • What class should I take first?

    • If you workout in am: try 9:45 Vibe Infusion on Monday for a perfect blend of both cardio and strength training. 
    • If you workout in the pm: try Tuesday 7:00 Club Vibe and 7:30 Infusion to get a 30 min sample of both of our signature programs. 
    • If you prefer athletic, non-rhythmic movement: try Circuit 45. 
  • How do I book a class?

    Booking a class is super easy. Sign up for our Intro offer which will give you a week full of classes to choose from. After you sign up, just select the class you’d like to take from the schedule and book! *A black icon indicates a studio class and a grey icon indicates a virtual (LIVEStream) class. 

  • How do I learn choreography?

    The fastest way to learn choreography is to start with your feet first! It typically takes about 3-4 classes to begin feeling confident, so dive in and show up regularly. With consistency, you'll be nailing those moves in no time! 

  • Does Vibe Fitness Studio have an app?

    Yes. Search Vibe Fitness Inc and look for a teal box with white logo. App is available on both Apple and Google Play. 

VIRTUAL

  • How do I reserve a LIVEStream class?

    Booking a class is super easy. Sign up for our Intro offer which will give you a week full of classes to choose from. After you sign up, just select the class you’d like to take from the schedule and book! *A black icon indicates a studio class and a gray icon indicates a virtual (LIVEStream) class. 

  • Can you see me on LIVEStream?

    Nope, we can't see you, but you can see us! Our professional one-way stream delivers the best virtual experience with high-quality audio and visuals, so you can enjoy the class without any distractions.

  • How do I know if the class is live?

    Ten minutes before class time, you will see a holding screen announcing the class and will hear the studio music. Five minutes before class starts, you will see the holding screen disappear and you should see the LIVE class in the studio. 

  • What class should I take first?

  • Do I need equipment at home?

    You’ll need a mat and a set or two of weights. We design every workout to keep it simple, so no need to spend on extra gear—just invest your time in yourself!

  • Can I view the workouts from my TV and the App?

    Yes you can. Once you click “Join Event” on your booking, you can stream workouts wherever it’s convenient for you! 

  • How do I workout on Demand?

    From the App or website, click VOD (Video on Demand). Click View All and scroll down for the type of workout you’d like to do. Once you decide on your workout, click on the image of the workout and the video will automatically play. If you have a membership (studio or virtual) you have full access to the entire video library. If you are a guest, you may rent a workout for $3.99. 

  • How do I improve my streaming connection?

    • First, make sure you have a stable internet connection. 
    • To avoid lags or audio cut outs, check to see if anyone else in your home/area is using the bandwidth you need for your stream.
    • Consider turning off WiFi on other devices you aren't using. 
    • If you are working out in an area not immediately adjacent to your primary wifi router, try either moving your workout closer to your primary wifi router or, if you are using a range extender try relocating it. 

  • Can I rent an On Demand workout?

    Yes! From the App or website, click VOD (Video on Demand). Click View All and scroll down for the type of workout you’d like to do. Once you decide on your workout, click on the image of the workout and the video will automatically play. If you are a guest, you may rent a workout for $3.99. 

  • Can I join a Virtual membership?

    You sure can. A virtual membership gives you the flexibility to workout anytime, anywhere from any device with access to all our daily LIVEStream classes and hundreds of On Demand video workouts. After you create an account, select Pricing and click Vibe Fitness Memberships. Scroll to Virtual membership and click Join Now.

STUDIO

  • How do I reserve a Studio class?

    Booking a class is super easy. Sign up for our Intro offer which will give you a week full of classes to choose from.   • How does the waiting list work?

    • Class full? Add yourself to the class’s waitlist and when a space opens up everyone on the waitlist will receive a text. In order to reserve the spot, you must be the first to respond. If you are the first, you will receive notification that you have secured the open spot. If you don’t receive a notification, the spot has been filled. 
    • Clients are responsible for managing their own reservation schedule including waitlists, along with maintaining a current client profile to ensure proper communication via text, phone and email.

  • Where is the studio?

    The Vibe Fitness Studio is located at 201 Kelly Mill Drive, Cumming GA 30040. 

  • Where should I park?

    There is a parking lot adjacent to the studio, and overflow parking on the grass. 

  • What do I wear/bring for my workout?

    Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. We suggest supportive cross-training athletic shoes for all cardio and strength classes. Recovery and Barre classes do not require footwear.

  • What if I don’t want to be on camera?

    Don’t sweat it. We have an area dedicated for you which is not visible on LIVEStream.  Our camera is focused on the main instructor. Your job is to have fun, dance, smile, and workout without worrying about performing or who may be watching. You are always in the company of a kind-hearted, loving, caring, supportive and judgment-free community. From time to time, Vibe Fitness may use class images in promotion/advertising.

  • Where do I put my stuff?

    Yes. We have cubbies available to store your bags, coats, and personal belongings. You may safely store your belongings inside the studio.

  • What is the childcare policy?

    We can’t wait to see the next generation of fitness lovers, but if you are heading to a class with us, please secure childcare beforehand. We do not have childcare, and our staff is not equipped to handle this task. 

  • Can my teenager take classes?

    While we like to think group fitness is for all ages, our minimum age requirement is 13 years old. If you are a non driving teen and would like to join us, you must be accompanied by an adult for every class, so we can ensure your safety. 

  • What if there is inclement weather?

    The studio will make every effort to notify the participants via Text/SMS/Email if there is a change in class offering or cancellation due to inclement weather. Clients are responsible for maintaining a current client profile to ensure proper communication via text, phone and email.

  • How do I buy Vibe gear?

    You can buy Vibe Fitness gear in the studio or through our Vibe Fitness Studio Facebook Group page.

THE CLASSES

  • Where can I workout with Vibe Fitness?

    You can workout with us in the studio or stream classes though our professional member portal. Need flexibility? All of our studio memberships come with LIVEStream and Workout On Demand Options.

  • Where can I find membership pricing?

    From the top tab click The Vibe | Pricing or download the Vibe Fitness Inc App from the Apple or Google Play Store. Use the Bag Icon (Purchase) on the bottom of the App. 

  • Can I try a class before I join the membership?

    Of course! Your first class is complimentary, however if you’d like to experience everything Vibe has to offer, sign up for the 1 week unlimited class Intro Offer for just $29.

  • Which classes include Dance Choreography?

    Club Vibe and Vibe Infusion have the most dance choreography. Kickboxing has rhythmic sequential athletic movement and our Barre/Ab classes have sculpt routines. There is no choreography in T3 (Tribe Team Training), Yoga, or Stretch.

  • What if I’ve never taken a fitness class before?

    Don’t worry—you’re not alone! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, so you can jump right in and have fun. Every single person in that room has had a “first class,” and we promise, it’s less about perfection and more about showing up, moving, and enjoying the experience. We’re here to support you every step of the way and cheer you on from start to finish. 

  • How much weight do I lift?

    The weight you lift depends on your fitness level, goals, and the class you’re taking. At Vibe Fitness Studio, our instructors will help you choose a weight that challenges you while keeping your form safe. Start with lighter weights to focus on technique, and gradually increase as you build strength and confidence—it's all about how you lift, not how much!

  • Can I take classes if I’m pregnant?

    We recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting or continuing any fitness routine during pregnancy. Staying active can be beneficial, and at Vibe Fitness Studio, we support expecting moms with modifications to keep workouts safe and comfortable. Just let us know how you’re feeling, and we’ll help you adjust as needed for you and your baby.

  • What if I have an injury?

    Yes, you can work out with an injury, but it's important to do so safely. Our instructors can provide modifications and alternative exercises tailored to your needs once you have your healthcare provider's approval. We’ll help you stay active, listen to your body, and keep moving toward recovery at your own pace.

  • How often should I take classes?

    The ideal workout frequency depends on your goals, fitness level, and schedule, but we generally recommend 3-4 workouts per week for consistency and results. If you're starting out, begin with a couple of sessions per week, and if you’re ready for more, aim for more, mixing cardio, strength, and recovery. We offer a variety of classes to help you find a routine that you enjoy and that works best for your body.

  • Will classes help me lose weight?

    Absolutely! Our classes are designed to help you reach your goals, whether that's losing weight, building strength, or just feeling your best. With a mix of high-energy cardio, strength training, sculpt and recovery, our workouts provide a full-body burn that boosts your metabolism and torches calories. Plus, our supportive community and motivating instructors make it easier to stay consistent, which is key to achieving weight loss.Weight loss is a combination of regular exercise, a balanced diet, and a healthy mindset. We offer a nutrition program several times per year. We're here to guide you on all fronts, so you can see real results and enjoy the journey along the way!

  • What does Hybrid mean?

    Every group fitness class taught in the Vibe Fitness Studio available to both in-person participants and professionally LIVEStreamed to those with a Vibe Fitness Virtual Studio membership

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • What is the class cancellation policy?

    We kindly ask clients to observe our 12-hour cancellation policy for group fitness classes and training sessions. In order to best serve all our clients, please respectfully cancel your reservation 12 hours in advance to allow space for another client to progress on their fitness journey. Cancellations within 12 hours of the class time will result in a Late Cancel Fee of $10.00 for a 60 minute class and $5 for a 30 minute class. You will be charged to the credit card on file. Absences will result in a No Show Fee of $15.00 charged to the credit card on file.

  • What if I arrive late and/or need to leave early?

    Please make every effort to be on time and avoid leaving class early or prior to the end of class. If you are running late and arrive more than fifteen minutes after class has started, please slowly open the door and avoid walking into or through the middle of the class after it has started. In the rare event you must leave early, kindly let the instructor know in advance.


  • What if I have an emergency?

    We understand that life happens, and sometimes emergencies come up. If you need to cancel a class or reschedule due to an emergency, no worries—we’ve got you covered! Simply let us know as soon as possible by managing your booking through our app or website. We aim to be flexible and supportive, so we'll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Can I place a temporary hold on my membership?

    You can place a temporary hold on your membership for up to 30 days once per calendar year at no extra cost. During this hold, you won’t have access to Vibe services (classes, streaming, or on-demand content). If you need a longer pause, a minimal holding fee will apply for every additional 30 days beyond the initial freeze date. Please note that refunds are not available for any unused portion of the membership. 

  • Tips for a great class

    Here are a few studio etiquette rules to keep our space comfortable and enjoyable for everyone:

    • If you arrive late or need to leave early, walk around the outside of the room to minimize distractions for others.
    • Wipe down your equipment and mats after use to keep our shared space clean and ready for the next person.
    • There are no reserved spots in our classes, so if you have a favorite spot, be sure to arrive a few minutes early. First come, first served, however it’s important to be flexible if there are new guests in your area. 
    • We love a good sweat, but let’s keep the vibes fresh! Please wear deodorant to keep the studio smelling great for all.
    • While we appreciate smelling good, some members may be sensitive to strong scents. Please skip heavy perfumes or fragrances before class.
    • Keep the focus on your workout by silencing your phone and leaving it in a safe spot. If you need to take a call, please step outside the studio.
    • Arriving a few minutes early helps everyone settle in and ensures the class can start on time with minimal interruptions.
    • We’re all here to feel good, have fun, and support each other on this journey! So let’s lift each other up, celebrate every win, and keep the vibe positive and inclusive for everyone.

    This exciting fast paced circuit style workout involves rotating through stations and equipment designed to target specific muscle groups for maximum results in minimal time in a small group private training setting with personalized coaching to ensure a completely customized experience. 

  • Is T3 for me?

    T3 is a great compliment to our group fitness classes. Beginner friendly athletic movement with personalized instruction in a fun, functional and effective circuit style setting. 

  • What is Thrive?

    Thrive is our 1:1 women's wellness coaching program designed to empower you with the tools and support needed to make sustainable, positive changes for a happier, healthier life. With a holistic approach, Thrive provides personalized guidance and step by step strategies to help you reset your wellness and truly thrive.

  • How do I know if I would be a good candidate?

    If you’ve “tried everything” and are still not seeing results. You’d be a great candidate for Thrive if you’re ready to go beyond the basics and make meaningful, lasting changes to your health and well-being. 

  • How do I sign up for a Thrive wellness consultation?

    Once you’ve created an account on the website or App, click on Appointments, select the 30 minute complimentary wellness coaching session and find a day/time that works in your schedule. If you don’t see a specific time that works, email info@experiencevibefitness.com. 

  • Do you host private parties or private lessons?

    Absolutely. Both our studio and warehouse space are available for private lessons, small gatherings or large parties.

  • Do you create custom choreography?

    Yes, we are accredited by the following National Fitness Organizations and provide Continuing Education Credits for .8 ACE | 8 AFAA | 8 SCW 

  • Can I just buy your routines and teach them in my classes?

    Yes! Our choreography is universal and applicable anywhere classes are conducted. Our goal is to give you exceptional content in all genres and all styles with to learn tutorials so you are able to add routines to your classes without any extra hassle or extra training. 

  • What is Shazzy Vibe?

  • Can I cancel my subscription and still teach your choreography?

    No. There is no license to teach Dance Fit Pro choreography, but in order to use it, you must maintain a current subscription to the website.
